Your local TV station offers guided tours of their studios. You want to take a group of school children on the tour. When you call the station, no one is available to take your call. The receptionist offers to give the tour office all the details they’ll need to arrange it. Leave a message containing all the information you think is necessary.

Start like this: “Good morning. Could I speak to someone about touring the station, please?”
